Albright is a small school and enrollment but I feel like it's a big sports school.
A lot of athletes on campus-- I think out of 2000 kids, there's probably 900 athletes.
Out of all the facilities I've seen, obviously these are probably top 10 Division III-- Really good trainers, really good people, really good coaches.
We have a unique variety of sports opportunities here for both men and women athletes.
All the major sports football, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, softball--
I myself am part of the field hockey team here. We have a swimming program, and an Esports program that's really unique to Albright.
Here at Albright, we compete in Mid-Atlantic Conference.
There's a lot of very close games that I've been a part of in the past. And definitely as someone who attends sporting events as well, there's a lot of great competition in the MAC.
Our basketball just won the MAC conference, obviously, so that was pretty cool.
We all support each other-- All the other sports will come to our games, and we'll do the same. We'll go to all their games and be the loudest ones in the stadium.
Homecoming is pretty big here. You get all the alumni coming back. You know, these stands will be packed. Everyone's screaming and yelling, it's just a good time good environment to be in.
It's it just feels like a family. Everything you do-- you see athletes all around campus whatever you do. Whether you're lifting-- Whether you're going to meetings in the cafeteria.
They really put your education first, and you're also able to have your experience as an athlete, but they don't limit you to just that. You're able to be a member of multiple clubs and student organizations which is really rewarding.
And you know, it is a smaller school. You don't have to deal with those large class sizes. You know, you can really get to know your professors.
You're able to share the highs with them, the lows, even vent with them sometimes. I've met so many friends through athletics, and I've had the opportunity to compete with some amazing women that I'm going to have in the rest of my life.
